I will always endeavour to my best in all that I do I have worked in a care environment and caring for clients in their own home for over 20 years and have a wide range of experience and understanding in dealing with clients with different needs.

To assist in the daily needs such as personal care making arrangements of clean sheets, getting in and out of bed toileting and catheter management and emptying and changing colostomy bags
Medication reminding and administration of medicine
To prepare meals and if necessary, feed clients and to carry out shopping if required and to encourage clients to be mentally and physically capable when able, and to ensure clients living accommodation is warm and comfortable clean and tidy.
Constant recording any changes to the clients 's condition and reporting to their families
Moving and handling
Using different equipment such as hoist,sliding sheets with the assistant of another carer.
